Go to this LINK and set the "Calculate my usage for" on "month" and then enter the number of times you do each certain activity. 
Finally click on "Estimate" and there you go!
It is very important for some of us to know the limit we have exactly and to be sure what to do and what not do over the net, so we can survive the whole month with our download limitations.
